Our work so far has identified the need to improve efficient handling of patient data in a secure way. With high patient numbers and limited resources, current methods of designing patient specific medical devices are too time consuming and dependent on patients making long trips to regional hospitals. There must be a better way.
We’re therefore delighted that Dr Ambikesh Jayal from Cardiff School of Technologies at Cardiff Metropolitan University will be joining us in Lucknow this February. He’ll be taking part in a workshop with experts from across India aiming to overcome the challenges identified through Co-Meddi.
You can find out more about Dr Jayal’s work here.
